Martina Stickler-Posner’s practice focuses on the special employment law issues in aviation companies. This includes, for example, issues such as special working time regulations for aviation staff, part-time options, collectively bargained and company regulations on company retirement and transitional benefits as well as collective bargaining classification issues.
Her work focuses on co-determination for employee representatives of aviation staff as well as works councils and she advises and represents them in conciliation committees.
