Matthias Posner advises clients on the drafting of employment contracts, works agreements, and collective bargaining agreements. He represents clients in both individual and collective labor law matters—before the courts and in out-of-court settings.

He is also involved in structuring company mergers, spin-offs, and operational changes. One of his key areas of focus is employment law in the healthcare sector, particularly in the care industry.
